It was published in October, 2004 and makes it 100 percent clear that emergency officials were completely aware of the potential for a Katrina-type hurricane in New Orleans. It is almost spooky in its depiction of a mock scenario that mirrors today's reality.
I thought this was something for which you should not have to wait, meriting this special alert. Look for lawsuits to start using this article as evidence of criminal or civil negligence. And for other media to start picking up on it quickly as well.
