Anne E. Bélec

During her 30+-year career in automotive, powersports and marketing consulting, Anne Bélec has provided executive leadership in key areas including business development, strategic planning, brand and corporate communications.  She has developed a deep and holistic understanding of how brands play a critical role in guiding decisions in every aspect of business, providing consistency, authenticity ,differentiation and building equity.

Anne provides business and brand strategy guidance to large and small organizations, including:

  •  Facilitating brand and consumer insight discovery
  •  Defining holistic brand strategies
  •  Articulating corporate value propositions
  •  Articulating values and corporate culture traits
  •  Developing growth & business strategies

Anne holds an MBA from Duke University and currently serves on the board of Wajax Corporation, a distributor and service provider for mobile heavy equipment in Canada as well as the board of Automobile Protection Corporation (APCO), a vehicle service contract and ancillary dealer services provider part of Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan portfolio.  She previously served on the boards of Industrial Alliance Group from 2006-2014 and Brunswick Corporation from 2008-2013.

Ms. Bélec is fluent in French and English, holds dual citizenship for Canada and the U.S.
