Since 2001, Dr. Susan Bernstein has helped individuals and organizations navigate through through change, chaos, and conflict so they thrive. Through her executive coaching and leadership consultation, her clients gain a strategic perspective as well as psychological insights that help them to elevate their leadership, build stronger relationships, and make a greater impact in the world.
Susan has supported a wide array of organizations to find their direction when faced with challenging situations, from the Fortune 50 to privately held organizations and startups, as well as non-profits and governmental entities. Before launching her coaching practice, Susan held leadership roles at Franklin-Covey, Intel, and Accenture. She earned an MBA at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and a PhD in Somatic Psychology at the Chicago School for Professional Psychology’s Santa Barbara campus.
