The Crisis Show’s 12th episode aired this week, and as usual hosts Jonathan Bernstein, Rich Klein, and Melissa Agnes had no shortage of topics to discuss. Two shooting incidents shocked the public this week, one at a PQ Montreal Victory Rally and another at Pathmark in New Jersey. The foul weather fears continued as well, with earthquakes in the Phillipines and Costa Rica stirring up tsunami warnings in the area. One of our first #CrisisWins did go to Sears, however, for its successful use of a “war room” for Isaac-related crisis management.

Other topics included Progressive’s PR and social media problems, the Hyundai recalls, and the massive leak of Apple UDID’s stolen not from Apple itself, but an FBI agent’s laptop!

You can catch The Crisis Show live every Wednesday at 4 PST/7 EST, or if you can’t make it live, you can always check out past episodes on our YouTube channel.
