Corporate crises bring crisis management lessons

The Crisis Show’s fourth episode was webcast live last night as hosts Jonathan Bernstein, Rich Klein, and Melissa Agnes once again covered the biggest stories in crisis management.

The failings of corporate giants was a big topic this week on The Crisis Show. GlaxoSmithKline took a $3 billion fine to the chin after pleading guilty to federal charges, and Toyota still can’t get things right after three solid years of recalls. Other topics included the Swedish Twitter experiment that went awry, and leadership communications.
